Greater actions needed
When Colin Kaepernick knelt during the national anthem, I thought it was disrespectful. I still do. I also realize he, and other NFL players, have this right.
I know Kaepernick is giving $1 million dollars to help combat social inequality, but I think solving social inequality would be better served by him taking some action to encourage change. Money will not create change.
I think we need a person to step forward as Martin Luther King did and start marching and lobbying for equality. Kneeling and raising your fist does nothing to solve the problem.
